Purchased Hardware / Software | 30-Day Covered Support Period

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of products (“Items”) by IT Pro Touch Inc, a corporation registered in Wyoming, USA, with its principal place of business at 312 W 2nd ST #2779, Casper, WY 82601 (“IT Pro Touch”). By purchasing Items from IT Pro Touch, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Support Period:
    1. The Items sold by IT Pro Touch come with a 30-day covered support period (“Support Period”) from the date of purchase.
  2. Covered Support:
    1. During the Support Period, IT Pro Touch will provide technical support and assistance to address issues related to the functionality and performance of the purchased Items.
    2. Covered support includes email and phone support during regular business hours.
  3. Exclusions from Covered Support:
    1. Support is not provided for issues resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external factors beyond our control.
    2. Any additional features or modifications requested beyond the original specifications of the Items are not covered under the Support Period.
  4. Service Calls After Support Period:
    1. After the expiration of the 30-day Support Period, service calls for technical support will be subject to IT Pro Touch’s standard service fee.
    2. The standard service fee will be communicated to the customer prior to scheduling a service call, and payment is required before services are rendered.
  5. Scheduling Service Calls:
    1. Service calls must be scheduled in advance by contacting IT Pro Touch through the designated channels.
    2. IT Pro Touch will make reasonable efforts to schedule service calls at a time convenient for both parties.
  6. Payment for Service Calls:
    1. Payment for service calls is non-refundable and must be made in advance.
    2. In the event that additional parts or services are required during a service call, additional charges may apply, and the customer will be informed of such charges before proceeding.
  7. Limitation of Liability:
    1. IT Pro Touch shall not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use or inability to use the Items after the expiration of the Support Period.

  8. Modification of Terms:
    1. IT Pro Touch reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers through the official channels.

By purchasing Items from IT Pro Touch, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from purchasing Items from IT Pro Touch.
